No automatic refunds

Payments for subscriptions and credit packs are not refunded by default. This includes:

  • Cancelling a subscription: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your plan and credits until then, and no partial refund is issued for the remaining time.
  • Deleting your account: deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes the remaining credits, without a refund.

Requesting a refund

If you believe a refund is justified, you can submit a refund request:

  1. Sign in and open the Billing page of your workspace, then choose Request refund. The account deletion flow also reminds you to request a refund before you delete your account.
  2. Select the payment. Only successful payments made within the last 30 days can be selected, and each payment can have one open request at a time.
  3. Explain the reason and leave a contact email so we can reach you even if you delete your account afterwards.

If you cannot sign in, email support@example.com with the payment details.

Review

Every request is reviewed by our team. We may approve a full or partial refund, or decline the request with a reason. You will receive an email with the decision either way.

After a refund

The refund is returned through the original payment method. Once the payment provider confirms it, the remaining credits granted by that payment are removed from your workspace; credits you have already used are not charged back. Refunding a yearly plan removes the remaining credits of all its monthly grants.

A payment dispute (chargeback) is handled the same way as a refund and may restrict the workspace until it is resolved.
